Currently they have a test vehicle which runs as a hybrid with water and fuel but they say they can run exclusively on water alone...While the technology may not be as unique or breakthrough as the reporter and company spokesman claim (it seems to be based on an electrolytic process commonly known as \"Brown\'s Gas.\"), it\'s still a great story to watch, and then do some fun follow-up research on. SrA Ramon Negron deployed to Bagram Airfield Afghanistan breaks the previous 64 day million gallon record in a R-11 refueling truck in 61 days. The difference in refueling with a hydrant truck and a tank truck is they hydrant truck doesn\\\'t need to be filled, it gets it\\\'s fuel from the pipe system under ground and the limit is the tank(s). A tank truck is limited in the amount of fuel it holds and need filling multiple times depending on how much is needed. [More] [Less]
